Welcome to Tru Intentions Therapy

Therapy is the natural medicine for the mind, body and soul. Tru Intentions specializes in trauma, generational trauma, workplace stress, depression and anxiety. This is a great place for Teens, Millennials, Public service/ Community workers to come and release and work through common life stressors. We use EMDR, CBT and other treatment modalities.

If  you are looking for couples counseling this is the place for you. We use the Prepare/Enrich curriculum to assist with increasing the relationship strengths and identifying growth areas. 

Couples/family therapy is recommended for couples who are engaged, blended families, married couples and cohabiting couples.    

 Sharing can be healing. Tru Intentions understands it takes a village to heal. Access to therapy is a common barrier most are faced with. Insurance doesn't always cover mental health treatment. 

Tru Intentions is offering a support group. Please sign up through member only portal.  

Compassion therapy for new mom's, expecting mom's, mom's who experienced a miscarriage or loss a child, mom's who are trying to conceive and experienced mom's. Motherhood is a journey that requires support.
